How do I get assistance and set up a visit?
Contact Member Services at 614.688.5000. They will put you in touch with the appropriate engineer. The engineer will try to assist you over the phone first, then set up a visit if needed.

Can you visit my facility?
Consultancy can be done at your facility or at EWI.
